A condensed version of Lean Strategy, this one day session gives you the a sound foundation of lean strategy. This is both a workshop and working session where you will learn the 6 key steps to making a lean company including the deployment strategy.
By the end of the day you will have a clear understanding of how to use the Values Methodology (Vision, Alignment, Leadership, Unity, Execution, Sustainability). You will make a draft of the lean strategy to implement at your own organization.
