Lean Belt Certification

Lean Belt Certification programs are experiential,  hands-on programs during which participants learn  basic  to advanced topics of lean.  Approximately 25% of the time is spent in a classroom or workshop setting, while the majority of the time is spent implementing and developing solutions through kaizen-style sessions.
Our belief is that you learn by actually doing, vs simply listening to a lecture.  Our philosophy is based on the "gemba" principle of doing the work where it actually happens.
