Lean Champion of the Year

Lean is an organization wide responsibility, but there are some who truly go beyond the call of duty... a Lean Champion.
These individuals inspire and teach others by example.

Nominee Eligibility:
-Must be Green or Black belt certified or has obtained at least the first level of Lean Executive certification

When nominating a candidate please provide factual examples of Lean initiatives. You may also consider the following characteristics:

Contribution to teams
Coaching skills
Demonstrated leadership
Problem solving skills
Kaizen blitz participation/initiation
Creativity
Lean knowledge
Presentation skills

Lean Sponsor of the Year

Outstanding leadership drives Lean in any sized organization. A sponsor may not always be at the front line practicing Lean, but is 100% committed to leading it. Commitment is demonstrated by providing access to and supporting Lean education.

Sponsor Nominee Eligibility:
-Does not need to be a member of senior management
-Must have sponsored at least one participant in either Green or Black belt or for an Executive program

Please include factual examples in your nomination. Some ideal leadership traits you may consider are:

Inspiring
Intelligent
Fair-minded
Supportive
